Science Hack Day NYC's Citizen Science Explorers Program consists of:

 

1) Pop-up workshops at Science Hack Day NYC, for people who want to take part in gathering data for several urban science projects.

 

2) Short Talks by leading researchers during Science Hack Day NYC, which provide the scientific context of the citizen science activities. These will also posted online for convenient viewing.

 

3) Instructions and in some cases hardware kits explaining exactly how to participate in the data collecting activities. The instructions will be posted online, too.
