The first all-Ireland cancer atlas, published on December 9th by the National Cancer Registry and the Northern Ireland Cancer Registry, shows major unexplained variations across the island in most cancer types in the period 1995-2007.
This newly launched API allows you to access information about companies registered in Ireland

The new regional data sharing initiative sees previously unreleased public operational data being made available online for others to research or reuse. With the initial data coming from Dublin City Council and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown, South Dublin and Fingal County Councils. The initial release of data consists of over 100 environmental, traffic and planning datasets including:

The National Biodiversity Data Centre mapping system (Biodiversity Maps) integrates the mapping of terrestrial as well as marine data
This is a site which hopes to eventually provide information on all transport services in Ireland. Right now it only provides data for Dublin buss and some servcies in Cork
